Service Description

August 17-20, 8:30-12:30, spend the mornings working on your lacrosse skills. Beginners and intermediate - stick skills, shooting, defense, game like situations and drills. Each day will include a variety of drills, and practices that will both sharpen skills and increase lax IQ.
