Michael Gilligan has over twenty years experience coaching all levels of lacrosse. While attending Columbia High School he was named All-State in lacrosse. He continued his career playing midfield for Division 1 lacrosse program at the University of Hartford, where he earned All-Conference honors. Coach Gilligan is currently the Head Coach of Millburn High School varsity lacrosse team. 

He is a career firefighter and certified EMT.



Coach Roth graduated from Montclair High School in 1998. During his time there his lacrosse team won the state championship in 1997. He earned All-State honors his senior year. He was also captain and quarterback of the 1996 state championship football team. After high school he played lacrosse at Nazareth College. Coach Roth joined the US Marine Corps and was on active duty from 2003-2007. He joined the National Guard in 2007-2013 completing 10 years in service. He has been coaching all levels of lacrosse for 13 years. He is currently the Head Coach of the Millburn High School boys varsity team.

He is a career firefighter and EMT.
